Location for my event. Cleanliness and friendly staff (years ago I worked a front desk and realize its value)

I miss not having some food service in the evening. But, that is the nature of a Holiday Inn Express stay.

The hotel was centrally located to my business meetings. The decor was tasteful and calming. Everyone on the staff was helpful without being overly so. The breakfast offerings were plentiful and varied. The area was clean and well kept. The coffee was good! Check out was a breeze. The price was very affordable.

The check-in was smooth and the atmosphere was family overall. the room was fantastic and big size, with a microwave, coffee/tea making equipment, and a refrigerator. - I found the hotel's location favorable and magnificent, close to attractions like the zoo and many restaurants and a large mall.

Great breakfast with lots of choices, my room was super clean and had a comfy sofa, big TV, and even a printer 🌟.

It was very clean, staff very friendly, close to shopping/food. Will definitely stay again.

The only thing I can say I didn't like, and it's not "bad," is that the continental breakfast didn't start until 7 and my usual wake up time is way before then. I was hoping more for 6 a.m. breakfast.

Had the queen room and it was clean with 2 queen beds. The service provided there was perfect...

It was beautiful! We liked the layout of the room and the furniture. We felt like we had the privacy we wanted, we didn't hear other people except when they were right outside the room in the hall.

The only thing I wish would have been different about our room was if there had been a bathtub.

The hotel was located very close to the festival and the Columbus Zoo. the continental breakfast had a huge variety of choices. - the queen room I asked for had plenty of space and a couch, it was outstanding. - the staff, from the front desk to the maids, were very nice and courteous. - the location near everything you could need was marvelous.

Very good breakfast for Japanese traveler

Absolutely great place all in all, has extremely friendly staff from the front desk to the maids. This hotel offers perfectly clean and excellent rooms with a King bed, all the amenities, a pull out couch. The property offers plenty of food that was good.
